The first is the primary for the County Commissioner, District 5 covering Howell, Howell Township, and Cohoctah Township. There is no contest in this primary barring a last minute write in as Don Parker (R) and Mike Tipton (D) are on the ballots for each party. The winners face each other and a libertarian in August.
The other is a millage renewal for Hartland Schools.:
